Symptoms of Pregnancy Before a Missed Period

There is no doubt about it, the missed period is one of the biggest early indicators that you might be pregnant. It is a symptom that is hard to mistake for something else, especially if you are someone that is fairly regular. The thing is though, many couples that are trying to conceive find that it is a little difficult to wait until the next period to determine whether or not they are pregnant. They might be experiencing things that they are not used to and they want to know if those things are indeed symptoms of an early pregnancy.
Now, the thing is, with a lot of the more common symptoms, they usually do not show up for about 12 to 14 days after intercourse, which would place it right around when the woman is expecting her period. Sometimes, these symptoms do not actually occur for a week or two after the missed period. However, in some women, symptoms can be present and be noticed before the questioning of a missed period. Every woman is different and it is important to make sure that you are listening to your body. While some of the home pregnancy tests might not be able to yet detect enough of the HCG hormone, you might be able to recognize that you are indeed pregnant if you have some of common symptoms.
You might find that you are experiencing morning sickness, that you are getting a lot more headaches, that you are more constipated and that you are experiencing changes with your libido. Bloating, backaches and increased frequency with urine are additional signs of early pregnancy. Of course, many of these signs and symptoms could be linked to other things so this is why you will want to wait to announce your pregnancy until you have received a positive pregnancy test result.
It is important to make sure that you are taking note of all of the changes that your body is experiencing, as this will help you determine if you are pregnant, how far along you are and whether or not there could be any complications. The more you know about your body and the more you listen to it, the better off you will be. As you can see, there are clearly some signs and symptoms to look for when it comes to finding out if you are pregnant, before your missed period.
